The base is hand made of Cedar with a keyhole mount on the rear for easy hanging on a single screw. The opener is made of cast iron for durability. Openers are either painted or stained and then coat with a polyurethane finish for long lasting protection and easy cleaning. A super strong neodymium magnet is embedded into the back of the wood to catch the caps as they fall.
