Our products are inspected thoroughly before packaged for shipment. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us for a no cost exchange. Understandably, personalized goods cannot be returned, unless there is a defect to the product.

Harris Home Decor is located in Baton Rouge, LA and maintains a shop at the Market at the Oasis at 13827 Coursey Blvd and free pick up is available Saturdays from 9-1.

Shipping is not included unless specifically stated. If you require shipping, we can arrange to ship via UPS or USPS. All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Personalized items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of ordering products. Once we have shipped your item/s, we will send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number to easily track your package.
